Act as liaison between customer & internal project team
✔ Facilitate meetings, workshops & discussions in Arabic & English
✔ Translate & articulate technical/functional requirements clearly
✔ Support requirement gathering & documentation
✔ Provide regular updates & resolve communication gaps
✔ Leverage IT knowledge to interpret customer needs effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science (preferred)
• Strong IT background with ability to understand technical concepts
• Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Prior client-facing IT experience preferred
