Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Senior Developer to work on the analysis, development, configuration, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. The role will involve mapping business requirements to the product’s out-of-the-box functionalities, performing customizations, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop CRM modules, improve business processes, and provide technical support for CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Customer Insights Technology (CIT) team to design, develop, and maintain MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
Analyze, estimate, and develop business requirements, ensuring the integration of functional and technical specifications.
Design, configure, and customize CRM modules, plugins, workflows, dashboards, and business processes.
Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and support data migration and system integrations.
Lead setup, deployment, and maintenance of CRM environments, including production.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and work closely with QA for SIT and business teams for UAT.
Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture, exploring new technologies and integration solutions.
Assist in training new team members and ensuring the continuity of business processes.
Key Competencies:
Strong experience with the .NET Framework, Asp.NET Web API, and MS Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML for CRM interface customizations.
Expertise in Common Data Service SDK, server-side code development, and workflow automation.
Strong understanding of SOAP, REST, and database concepts (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS).
Experience with KingswaySoft for CRM data migration and integration.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Version Upgrades and DevOps pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for technical documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
BS degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Professional experience with .NET, Dynamics CRM, MS SQL, and related technologies.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
Strong experience in L2/L3 CRM support and data migration.
