We’re seeking an experienced Level 2 Network Engineer to provide advanced technical support and service assurance across a wide range of wired and wireless telecom products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and application issues.
• Configure and support routers, switches, and related devices.
• Review and action incidents and requests escalated from Level 1 support.
• Provide remote support to customers and onsite engineers.
• Collaborate with vendors and escalation teams for complex issues.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and change management practices.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of MPLS, VPNs, and IP network troubleshooting.
• Experience with multi-vendor telecom equipment.
• Familiarity with ITIL, configuration management, and service assurance.
