The role involves delivering Siebel CRM projects, enhancements, and integrations while supporting production environments. This is a hands-on position requiring both technical and functional expertise in Siebel CRM. Key Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and deliver Siebel CRM services and integrations. -Coordinate with business and technical teams during implementation. -Prepare technical documents, user guides, and test cases. -Manage configuration and support for Siebel environments. -Test and deploy changes to non-development environments. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. -Minimum 7 years of Siebel development experience. -Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, eScript, eAI, EIM, Web Services, and Workflows. -Experience with Oracle/SQL databases and SDLC methodologies. -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. -Siebel Certification preferred.
