Responsibilities
· Core Banking System Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain core banking applications using .NET technologies (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#) to support critical functions like customer accounts, payments, and loan processing.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure software delivery.
· System Integration & API Management:
- Integrate core banking systems with internal applications (e.g., CRM, payment gateways) and third-party services via RESTful APIs and web services.
- Ensure seamless data exchange between core banking platforms and external systems while maintaining data integrity and performance.
· Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide Level 2/3 support for core banking applications, resolving complex technical issues and minimizing downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring problems and implement permanent fixes.
· Compliance & Security:
- Ensure core banking systems comply with regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR) and internal security policies.
- Implement encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms to safeguard sensitive financial data.
· Collaboration & Agile Delivery:
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver projects on time, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and deployment processes.
· Innovation & Optimization:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., cloud-native development, microservices) and propose solutions to enhance system performance.
- Optimize legacy systems for scalability and efficiency using modern .NET frameworks and DevOps practices.
