Job Summary:

As an Acceleration Specialist in the Telecom domain, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of startups and innovation projects focused on telecommunications. You will work closely with emerging businesses, providing them with the mentorship, resources, and connections they need to scale their solutions and make a significant impact in the telecom industry. Your role will involve program management, business development, and industry-specific expertise to foster rapid development within the telecom ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Assist in designing and executing telecom-specific acceleration programs aimed at supporting high-potential startups and new business ventures.
• Mentorship: Provide specialized guidance on telecom technologies (e.g., 5G, IoT, network infrastructure) and industry best practices to help startups refine their products, services, and business models.
• Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships between startups, telecom operators, investors, and other key stakeholders to create opportunities for growth.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with startups to define go-to-market strategies, explore funding opportunities, and help navigate telecom regulations and market entry barriers.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the progress of startups within the acceleration program, ensuring they meet key milestones and objectives.
• Market Insights: Share insights on emerging trends, innovations, and challenges in the telecom industry, helping startups stay competitive and relevant.
• Workshops and Networking: Organize and participate in workshops, industry events, and networking sessions to promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the telecom ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in the telecom industry, innovation, or startup acceleration programs.
• Proven experience working with or mentoring startups, particularly in telecom, tech, or digital sectors.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of telecom technologies (e.g., 5G, IoT, mobile networks).
• Strong understanding of business models, go-to-market strategies, and the startup ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and networking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
