Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Assist customers with onboarding and implementation of products.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to drive improvements.

Key Skills:

  • Strong technical background in relevant technologies and products.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Years of Experience: 2-4 years in customer support or technical roles.
