Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Commercial to lead our commercial strategy in the telecom sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecom market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion through innovative commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives and market dynamics in the telecom industry.
  • Lead and manage the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving revenue targets and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive growth and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling value propositions and optimize pricing strategies for telecom products and services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive collaboration and business development.
  • Ensure the commercial team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively engage customers and close deals.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for commercial activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a commercial leadership role within the telecom industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and market dynamics, including mobile, fixed, and broadband services.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies and pricing models.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
