Job Description

The Receptionist will be working under limited supervision and be the front-line representing Qatar Living to our community. The role involves thinking on your feet and providing the highest level of service to our visitors and guests.

Reception responsibilities

  • Arrange appointments and meetings to be attended by the Management.
  • Receives all incoming calls, visitors, and guests of the Management.
  • Answers telephone calls and responds to customers’ / clients’ inquiries and transfer walk-in.
  • Welcomes walk in customers/clients and responds to their inquiries.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy reception area with procedures by having the necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures);
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.

Administrative responsibilities

  • Moderate Zain desk and transfer clients’ inquiries to different departments accordingly.
  • Performs office and general administrative services and works for the Management.
  • Provide administrative and procurement support to the Administration Manager
  • Provide administrative support for the office cleaner.
  • Tracks and monitors office supplies and stationaries.
  • Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as may be deemed necessary.
