Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UX/CX Manager to lead and optimize user and customer experience strategies in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will design and implement seamless customer journeys, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX/CX design and strategy for telecom services, enhancing customer interaction across multiple channels.
  • Develop customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to improve user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to deliver customer-centered solutions.
  • Analyze customer feedback, data, and behavior to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Manage and optimize digital platforms to ensure usability, accessibility, and a positive user interface.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/CX management, with a focus on telecom or similar sectors.
  • Proven track record of improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and digital transformation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
